The Zambia-based fintech company since February 2019, Digital Shared Services Limited, aims to build a joint digital marketplace offering solutions tailor-made for the Zambian market. The company came about out of the need for interoperability and collaboration in the pursuit of digital transformation initiatives. OUR SERVICES We live in a world where digital financial services are increasingly fragmented and confined to their silo. Their individual usefulness to many companies is limited by this lack of interoperability. Every bank and financial institution wants to drive digital transformation that usually recommends brick and mortar branch rationalisation to radically reduce fixed costs. With fewer branches open, alternative channels need to be driven. Digital PayGo provides valuable solutions to grow mobile transactions, drive incremental revenue, drive access to more channels that's where we come into play: Digital PayGo was born out of a need to find a cost-effective way to drive digital transformation while maintaining the compliance and security standards of the financial industry. We specialise in custom solutions to link to your business to the complex ecosystem of digital and financial services in Zambia. We are building a marketplace for shared digital solutions such as software/infrastructure as a service to lower entry barriers for Zambian businesses into utilising fintech.
