Digital Potential Lab was founded by Melissa Sariffodeen. For over a decade, Melissa was Co-Founder and CEO of Canada Learning Code where she helped build and lead one of the country's leading education organizations helping people to learn future-proof technical skills. In this role, she has had extensive first-hand experience in every part of the business - from program design and operations to marketing to fundraising to strategy growing to a multi-million dollar organization with teams in 45 cities across the country. She has worked with organizations and individuals across almost every industry to help them learn transformational digital skills. Melissa is also a Lecturer at the Ivey Business School where she teaches students technical, organizational, and strategic issues surrounding the management of information and communication technologies.
