DigitalGraduates is a platform to foster and nurture specialist talent. We are a group of highly specialised STEM PhD students, graduates and undergraduates who 'reverse mentor' organisations. Our specialisms are in data science, machine learning/AI, problem solving and digital skills. We also offer unique cultural perspectives and insights to help diversify your workplace. Our mentors provide broad and varied expertise in a wide range of cutting-edge thinking from top institutions. Our knowledge and technical digital skills have the ability to give direction as well as focus on the big picture. We bridge the gap between management teams and underrepresented groups who will become tomorrow's leaders of industry. Our reverse mentoring programme provides a fresh perspective and out-of-the-box thinking that help identify new ways to solve challenges.
