Dignify Dementia

Dignify Dementia is a nonprofit organization developed to help people living with dementia and those experiencing mental health problems, as well as members of their care community, to get, and stay, organized. We do this by offering a unique toolkit with fillable and customizable forms that allow each person to enact simple manageable routines that help them stay anchored in the present; give each person more control of their day, and; have a written record to help keep their physicians apprised, and avoid medical mistakes. Ultimately, we want to increase awareness of Dementia, help people navigate their personal Dementia journeys, support their care communities by providing accurate resources, and decrease the stigma surrounding Dementia.
