This dedication lead us to build our own bespoke and highly specialised software to automate much of the tedious, but critical, work that comes from producing accurate and timely dilapidation reports. Our proprietary software iDilap will be launched during 2023 to incorporate the latest in inspection and reporting technologies. Our iDilap allows our engineers to produce the most accurate reports in the most efficient way possible. At the same time, iDilap allows our clients to access a live feed into the progress of their reports. At Dilap Group, our qualified engineers work on both residential and commercial structures. These include heritage sites, mixed use, airports, clubs, hotels, warehouse, confined spaces etc. We are an excited team of engineers (and a scientist) and it is lovely to meet us.
