We believe that the current path of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is fragmented, will take too long to achieve the outcomes needed and is in fact going backwards for some. We are looking to innovate in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space to make material accelerated positive social and business change for all. Our Mission: To harness the power of technology and people to drive revolutionary change, creating a world where- It is inclusive and equitable by default Workforces reflect the makeup of our communities and customers, being diverse at all levels and in all areas Businesses are desperate to create products and services for all Innovators thrive in making everyone’s lives better Who We Are: We were born out of the belief that massive and accelerated change is needed. That whilst there are some advances in some areas of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, sometimes it can be at that expense of other areas that are deprioritised and may go backwards. People often don’t just identify with one diverse dimension but with several and therefore need support that targets exactly who they are, rather than disparate solutions that are often in conflict with each other.
