And it’s true, because it’s anonymous. Why diligee? Some day we've realized that surprisingly many people we value most for their impact, competence and interpersonal skills are being passed over when it comes to promotions or public appreciation. The reason for that lies deeply in the corporate specificity, which usually promote extrovert personalities who not only do their job but also take care of making it visible for their superiors.
