We are not your average quesa-dilluh! Our signature recipes put an American twist on this classic favorite creating an elevated and unique experience. Our menu features 9 Primo Quesadillas, including options like the Buffalo Bacon, The Lone Star (featuring in-house slow-smoked brisket), the Hot Hatch (served with imported New Mexico hatch green chilies), the Gordo (your classic cheeseburger flavors and a nod to our founder), etc, just to mention a few. We take pride in using fresh ingredients and crafting everything daily, including five scratch-made sauces and our freshly squeezed limeade.
