Mechanical Services Include: Design, fabrication and installation of piping 1/8” in diameter through 8 feet diameter Sanitary and food/beverage grade process piping New installation, and evaluation and upgrading of existing HVAC systems Plumbing of supply, drain and gas lines including medical gas systems Chiller, Boiler, and utility and process steam systems Plant relocations and equipment installation Structural steel fabrication and installation HVAC Service, Installation and Repair Industry, client, and job-specific work not listed above Electrical Services Include Design, Installation and Troubleshooting of: Electrical distributions systems from 120 through 480 volts Medium-voltage wiring, switchgear, devices and feeds (up to 35kV maximum) Low-voltage systems (less than 120 volts) Temperature control systems Power factor troubleshooting and correction, and power quality studies Site lighting systems Data, telecommunication and fiber optic cabling Automation and control systems Lighting, arc-flash, and fuse coordination studies/surveys Emergency generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Plant startups
