Dimensions care is a company focused on offering only outstanding levels of care to its young people with DDP embedded throughout all its services. DDP is a trauma informed, relationship focused model of care and we are honoured to say we are working towards accreditation. From intense inductions, ongoing training in all aspects of the role as well as DDP level 1 and 2, we invest in and value every staff member in our team. We strongly believe if people feel valued and respected they will enjoy their role and if they are happy in their role the young people we support will achieve alot more. We develop people and ensure they can grow and progress within their own journey. We strive ourselves on every achievement our young people make as well as the bigger "WOW moments" we aim for our young people to have. We ensure that we are always forward thinking, seeking feedback, reflecting and ensuring we try and do better for the people we support.
