FOUNDED BY PHIL REZVANI, A LICENSED ARCHITECT, LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTOR, AND CERTIFIED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CCM), WITH A MASTER’S DEGREE FROM COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY. With more than nine years of experience in school construction including; design, bidding, construction management of multi-million dollar school projects, and DSA certification. Mr. Rezvani led a team of professionals responsible for certifying more than 1,500 DSA applications for the Los Angeles Unified School District. His excellent relationship with DSA staff has resulted in the speedy efficient review of all submitted certification documents. Turning his attention to residential development, Mr. Rezvani founded Dinali Construction.
