About DV Our mission is to provide a variety of South Indian non veg dishes with a blend of nativity and state-of- the-art high end food factory at a reasonable price. We have capacity to cook meals within four hours, with infrastructure support of 1500 Square feet built-up area with ample cooking, storage and other required support amenities. Modern kitchen equipment with benchmark standards along with mandated government approvals and licenses, in-line with statutory adherence are strengths of DV. 24/7 Generator Backup and RO plant to ensure seamless cooking in case of any power outage. Our Menu DV will be focusing on its mission of fresh, tasty and native non- veg dishes with varieties of fish being the focus item. We would to provide lunch meals with Fish Kuzhambu along with our signature dishes like Vanjiram fry (seer fish), Eraa thokku (prawn), Suraa puttu (shark). We will ensure different varieties on native fish menu is introduced on a periodic basis to your employees to ensure that DV is fresh and spicy in their minds.There will be at least one chicken and mutton dish on a daily basis for catering to the needs of those who may not prefer fish items
