An award-winning team of young chefs In October 2018, Chef Det Saya and Chef Ronkdam Nuon brought home the silver medal from the Ningbo International Young Chef Challenge. They were both selected by the Cambodian Chef Association to represent Cambodia and compete against 108 contestants from 18 different countries.
