Dion Dia is a minority-owned independent record label, management, and consultation company based in Gainesville and Miami, Florida. To us, being a “record label” allows for ultimate freedom and versatility in terms of how we operate. Instead of confining ourselves to the traditional role and image of labels, we’re out to change the narrative; change what a record label can be, how it can feel, and what it can do.
