We are the construction company which main area of activity is the employee leasing for construction companies in Lithuania and Scandinavian countries. We have been actively developing this activity for the past year. Our work result is – Dipwork internet platform whose purpose – to build bridges between construction sectors in Scandinavia and in Lithuania. The construction workers from Lithuania register on Dipwork internet platform. With the help of our system all of the most important information reflecting the qualifications and professionalism of the workers is collected. Workers, who have registered on the platform, have the opportunity to constantly receive offers from us regarding work in Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland) with all most important information (salary and other work conditions). By systemically collecting information about construction workers from Lithuania we not only seek as more successfully as possible to satisfy the needs of our partners from Scandinavia, but also to create as good as possible opportunities for real specialists from Lithuania to get better job offers in Scandinavia.
