Responsible for new and existing construction sales for Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Barber Coleman, Robert Shaw, TAC; Invensys; ALC; Liebert and Modicon control systems developing projects with clients, consulting engineers and mechanical contractors. Responsibilities also included estimating & bidding, developing for consultants control systems and sequence of operation including system integration Modbus, BACnet and LonWorks protocols, used in such applications as data centers, chiller plants, HVAC systems, utility meters, lighting and shade controls and automatic demand response. Additional responsibilities for project management including installation; engineering; programming; system commissioning; and subcontracting both domestic and off shore contacting. Further systems integration including Adobe Flash; SQL; Microsoft Access database reports; development of custom programming blocks; and data center management tools to include real time PUE dashboards; PDU management applications; rack server energy and cost reporting tools; eMeter electrical power development and iPhone applications. Energy management including calculating energy usage; developing reduction strategies; estimating savings potential and auditing.
