Directaxis

For over 30 years, DirectAxis has been a proudly South African business built on a simple idea: making a plan for your plan. We understand that financial matters can be stressful, so we focus on providing simple, honest, and human support, whether you are pursuing new opportunities or navigating the unexpected. We offer personal lending as well as financial wellness support through our Pulse platform, a free and secure credit-tracking tool designed to help you feel in control, confident, and supported. We adhere to the highest standards of responsible borrowing and lending and remain fully compliant with the National Credit Act, earning trust with every interaction. Our goal remains to deliver a positive, meaningful experience at every touchpoint. We also invest in the communities we serve and the people who shape DirectAxis. Driven by our purpose to empower those we serve, DirectAxis, as part of the FirstRand Group, is proud to help South Africans turn their plans into reality. DirectAxis is a business unit of FirstRand Bank Limited, an Authorised Financial Services and Credit Provider (NCRCP20).
