Jo & Jill are life lifters. A couple of coaches who've been around the block more than a few times. Between us, we've ticked off a lot of the knocks life can throw at us. And what we haven't dealt with personally we've since worked with coachees to more deeply understand these issues. Off the back of life happening and some formal training, we've developed a life coaching business for folks who know there's more to life than just 'okay'. We use what some may see as an interesting mix of CBT-based coaching techniques and energy techniques like Reiki and Somatics to support folks to make profound shifts in the way they think, feel, and behave. Don't let the 'woo woo' aspect of our work put you off. It's this that really allows us to support you find the cause of any life derailments rather than the symptoms you'll see playing out. We're definitely not - create a vision, say a few affirmations, and then keep your fingers crossed the changes you want will start to happen. We're serious about supporting people to make real and lasting change. It's not always comfortable, but it's so worth it.
