Directors Association is an organisation that educates aspiring and current directors on all things board related including corporate governance, risk management, internal control and corporate strategy to name a few. With great understanding of board functionality through consulting, sitting on and extensively researching boards we assist directors with tools that help them achieve organisational goals. Our key focus is on independent non executive directors who play a critical role in today's business world. We have developed a tailor made program that helps aspiring and current independent directors understand their role and responsibilities on a board. We launched a book written by our Chairperson titled “The Professional Non Executive Director” which is available on Apart from research & educating boards on corporate affairs, Directors Association provides various management services to boards. Our flagship management toolkit, C3TM is a proven boardroom management strategy that works with boards to accomplish organisational goals. Directors Association is also a membership driven organisation.
