We do not rationalize away our level of service at the expense of our customers. If you call us on weekdays between 8am and 4pm, a knowledgeable salesperson will answer you within three rings, and if you send an e-mail to info@direktronik.no, you will receive an answer within 10 minutes during our opening hours. Who can match that service? We are not going to automate our customer contact center so that you have to press your way through a robotic voice in the hope that one day you will get to speak to a human. We provide you with the service directly, quickly and competently. Free advice and support When you are interested in a product from us, we help you with product-related questions free of charge. This applies within, during and also after you have purchased the product. This is included in the price you pay for a product from Direktronik, a company and products out of the ordinary. Genuine consideration With these words, we try to convey that we strive to always give a completely honest consideration of an entire "delivery" to a customer. We have a genuine intention to help and to care, not only about the products' delivery, function and quality, but also about the products' installation in the environment they will work in. Our ambition is to help customers throughout the journey and try to provide technical advice and support both before, during and after a delivery has been carried out based on the skills we possess. We like to help! The term also includes that we actively work for responsible environmental management related to our products.
