Disabled Living is a charity which provides impartial information about equipment, products (assistive technology) and services to make life easier for disabled adults, children, older people and the people who support them. Our team of health and social care professionals, together with knowledgeable information workers, offer practical solutions to what may seem like unmanageable problems. Our Services Enablement • Free equipment assessments • Equipment Showroom • Signposting • Equipment related advice / Helpline: 0161 607 8200 The Kidz Exhibitions The Kidz Exhibitions are five of the largest, free UK exhibitions totally dedicated to children and young adults with a disability or additional needs, their parents, carers and the professionals who work with them. A programme of free, accredited CPD seminars takes place alongside the events. Kidz to Adultz events take place in Manchester, Coventry, Reading, Edinburgh and Cardiff. Bladder and Bowel UK (formerly Promocon) Bladder and Bowel UK provides a national service to improve the life for all people with bladder or bowel problems by offering product information, advice and practical solutions to both professionals and the general public. Training Disabled Living provides a comprehensive training programme for professionals and carers. Most courses are accredited by Open Awards and others provide CPD opportunities.
