Brandon Greenberg, PhD(c), MPA, CEM has over 12 years of interdisciplinary experience helping clients plan for and operate in complex, dynamic and uncertain environments. This experience includes supporting Federal, State, local and private sector clients with research and policy development for preparedness, resilience, information and technology using mixed-methods approaches. Mr. Greenberg holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service and is currently a Systems Engineering PhD Candidate at The George Washington University where he researches ways to improve information management and sharing in disasters. He supported National Level Exercise 2009, the National Exercise Program, the Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program, and the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program. In 2005, while working as an EMT, he was deployed with a Federal Disaster Medical Assistance Team to treat survivors of Hurricane Katrina. He is the former Co-Chair of the DHS Science & Technology Virtual Social Media Working Group (VSMWG) and member of Operation Dragon Fire (ODF), a high-level public-private initiative led by the CDC to provide better information in disasters.
