DISC is the reason for why people act they way they do. Many times it's called "personalities", but that is not 100% correct. DISC is the difference styles of behavior. D-I-S-C are the first letters in the words that describes each behavior style: Dominante - Influential - Steady - Correct. We are all a mix of the four styles, but normally 1 or 2 styles are higher. This gives you information you need to understand your style and the style of others-You can understand people around you - why people act like they do.
