Discover Brama

The tourism industry has emerged as a driver of global economic growth, with a focus on empowering women and promoting gender equality. Recognizing this potential, Discover Brama aims to establish a tourism academy and a sustainable beach resort in Bobrama, located on the southwest coast of Ghana, by 2025. These two concepts of education and recreation complement and edify each other in many ways to thrive as one. The project supports rural development, promotes sustainable tourism, and quality education opportunities. The integration of the Tourism Academy, aims to train skilled individuals, particularly young women, in underdeveloped areas of the local economy. The project fills a gap in Western Africa's evolving tourism industry. Our mission is to offer practical training and education in an up-and-coming, scalable industry (tourism) that will boost people’s employability and career outlook, helps to end poverty, and elevates the local and national (tourism-related) economy.
