Discover Your Strength

We gain our strength by growing in our awareness of who we are, what we are doing, and what we are creating in our lives. Early in our journey we are mostly repeating patterns that feed a lack of success and self sabotage - whether that in relationships or business. With the idea that we can never get ahead, depression and anxiety take hold. We believe our stagnation is caused by some deficiency within ourselves. We believe there is something inherently wrong. The journey is in the discovery that we are truly fine.no, more than fine.gorgeous and powerful. I have never found an exception to this truth. It's the idea of our inadequacy is an illusion. The belief in that fallasy that holds us back. Once that realization is made, you can begin to create a life and success on a different level. You'll also embrace a new deeper sense of purpose. Through my writing and psychotherapeutic guiding, it is my intention to peel back the illusions that disable people from discovering their core strength.
