Discovering & Recovering offers tailor-made coaching and teambuilding sessions assisted by horses, promoting the development of life skills for educational, professional and personal goals. Through horses we can DISCOVER and RECOVER certain strengths and weaknesses. Their sensitivity and power forms a mirror, reflecting on our state of mind and showing us certain features within ourselves. Through exercises and challenges we can learn how to understand their- and our own behavior, and use this gained knowledge in our desire for growth. All workshops take place at a beautiful venue and are combined with lunch at an amazing restaurant, which makes our program very suitable to spend a day with your family or for a teambuilding day with the company. with methods and exercises specified for companies.
