You have to manually know, weigh, and write down all the ingredients of your meals, which takes an awful lot of time. 🤯 There are some apps on the market - but they're not really a good help, because: Existing solutions are inaccurate, inconvenient and steal your time! You still have to estimate the portion size, but people are very bad at this (underestimating their caloric intake by around 28%). Our goal is to change that! With our app DishDetective you can track your food intake by simply taking a picture of your food. Our AI-based nutrition intelligence system will accurately estimate the calories and macronutrients in whatever you are eating and help you reach your goals.
