The District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) Mission exists to ensure the equitable distribution of national resources, thereby reducing inequities in development and deprivation. Our Vision is to achieve a 10% reduction in inequities between 2025 and the end of 2028 across all indices. The strategic imperatives of the DACF are to: 1. Maximise net transfers to Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) across the country. Maximise Grant Revenue Development and contribute to DACF fiscal operations. Integrate, digitise, and digitalise all DACF financial management, fiscal operations, and monitoring and evaluation activities. Optimise the DACF operations, structure, and governance architecture
