Diva Inclusive Solutions

We are a research and action team dedicated to proposing solutions to inequality in its narrative dimension. A problem we call story imbalance. We believe that difference unites us and feeds us. And that this awareness can change the world. We have four operating fronts. EDUCATION We have thoroughly studied the relationship between storytelling and empathy, and we understand that the transformative power of stories lies in diversity. Our actions aim to promote inclusion through narrative, in search of real representativeness. We work with organizations, educational institutions, content producers and communities, offering workshops and courses adapted to the demands of each client. CONSULTING We operate in the construction of diagnostics, inclusion plans, communication and branding, team training, among other services in the fields of design, content production and social research. We offer solutions for inclusion and performance of diversity in teams and solutions for services and products. We have also entered into partnerships with social impact organizations to improve their communication, their digital presence and their capitalization mechanisms. CONTENT Through content production and management, we want to transform digital consumption practices, offering more diversity and helping to break the digital bubbles that have reinforced radicalism, polarization and misinformation. In addition to independent content, we work on the construction of communication and content plans, and campaigns for brands and organizations. TECHNOLOGY We are developing the Diversity Algorithm, a content recommendation engine with a focus on diversity. The tool still in the research and fundraising phase, and it should contribute to stimulate more diverse content consumption practices, offering alternatives to the current recommendation systems, based on similarity and recurrence.
