Kelly Diver is an FMCG specialist search and selection consultant with over 10 years’ experience in recruitment. Kelly, left University a graduate in Sciences in 2010 and fell into the exciting World of Recruitment. With humble beginnings as a Science Recruitment Specialist, Kelly quickly rose up the career ladder to become a Senior Leader in recruitment. At the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Kelly noticed an influx of candidates facing redundancy in a changing workplace. As people were spending less time in the office, Kelly spotted a gap in the market and decided to offer a different kind of service, for a different kind of workplace. With core values surrounding compassion, energy and customer service, she started DPA with the view to offer a bespoke recruitment service to the consumer goods industry. Situated in the Northern hub of Manchester, DPA aim to provide candidates and clients with a friendly and professional experience. From CV advice for candidates to tailor made job specifications for clients, Kelly and her team are able to draw on a depth of experience and apply their knowledge across a multitude of sectors.
