Divercity, the leading brand in edutainment of Colombia, is a company based on the development, design, construction and operation of theme parks, created for children between 3 and 13 years old. Each location is a city built to scale in which children can play any professional role, get paid for their jobs in a local currency called Divis and learn how to use and save it. Each attraction is sponsored by a local or multinational brand, which connects the real world with Divercity. Currently, Divercity has 3 national headquarters in Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla and 2 international ones in Lima, Peru and Guatemala City and will open in 2015 its 4th franchise in Panama City. Today the brand has more than 200 international and national sponsors, and has received more than 9 million visitors since its beginning. This acknowledges Divercity’s success throughout the years and makes it the preferred entertainment brand for children.
