Diversity Advice Consultants is an Austin, Texas-based consulting firm that provides sexual harassment prevention and anti-discrimination to businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions. Our philosophy is that organizations that have effective sexual harassment prevention and anti-discrimination policies and procedures have the foundation of a culture that values diversity and inclusion. Our consultants each have more than twenty years of experience investigating discrimination complaints, developing and delivering sexual harassment prevention, diversity, and workplace conduct training, and/or creating and reviewing human resources policies and procedures. Although our company is based in Austin, Texas, our consultants are located throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico. Our founder and CEO, Michelle Goodwine, has the unique experience of leading the employment discrimination section for the state of Texas FEPA, the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division; investigating and responding to sexual harassment and discrimination charges filed with EEOC, the New York State Human Rights Commision, and other state agencies as an internal and external investigator; reviewing and developing sexual harassment prevention and anti-discrimination policies and procedures; and developing and delivering to thousands of employees and managers in businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions training in the areas of sexual harassment prevention, anti-discrimination, diversity, performance evaluation, employee conduct, and customer service.
