Meet Me: Hi, I’m Tracey Vaughan, seeker of silver linings and the founder of Divine Hearts. A space for people to learn grow and transform their lives. Over the past decade, I have helped hundreds of people connect, follow and live from their heart through one-to-one sessions and workshops. I have now incorporated some of my programs online which includes an effective, proven process to help people open their hearts and awaken to their true potential. Everything that I share in my teachings, I have and still use in my own life so I know one true thing – they work! My clients: People who are ready to make positive changes, who are serious about wanting to live a happy and loving life, who are not afraid to do the ‘inner work’, who are committed to their personal growth and transformation. My goal is simple and sacred: Bridging the gap between the head and the heart through self-awareness. Life Calling: My role is to help people develop a true connection with their authentic self, to empower themselves by learning to challenge, trust and love all parts of it. To help them uncover the Harmony and Happiness Within Their Hearts. My Core Values: Not only do these values support a huge part of my teachings, I live and breathe them.
