At DIVR Labs, we’ve been redefining location-based VR since 2016. Founded in Prague, Czech Republic, we started as operators—running large-scale free-roam arenas in Prague, London, Dubai, and Yokohama—and learned firsthand what works, what breaks, and what truly scales. That journey led us to build InstaVR Arena: the world’s first fully unattended, plug-and-play free-roam VR attraction. It installs in one day, runs without permanent staff, and delivers high-throughput gameplay in a compact footprint—perfect for FECs, airports, malls, and beyond. We’ve operated VR. Now we’ve reimagined it.
