Dixon & Dever Project Development services are highly trained professionals with over twenty-five years’ experience in the fields of project management, cost management, quantity surveying and consultancy. We pride ourselves on our direct, hands on approach, delivering high quality products and services to our clients within budget and on time. We are based in Claremorris County Mayo but we work with clients across Ireland, the UK and parts of Europe. Due to our recent expansion into Europe, Dixon & Dever set up a joint venture consultancy with Andrews & Boyd Cost consultants based in Burlington Street, Mayfair London. We have a wealth of experience and can take care of all of our clients’ needs in the areas of project management, quantity surveying and consultancy. In terms of projects, we work predominantly in commercial, retail, fit-outs, industrial and pharmaceuticals. We have also worked with those in the area of education, health care, energy, civil engineering, sport, hotel and leisure as well as waste management.
