DIXON Partnering Solutions was founded by Ian Dixon in with the aim of helping the business, government, community and education sectors work together more effectively to solve complex issues and challenges. Since that time we have developed our specialisation in cross sector partnering, assisted many organisations in complex and challenging partnering initiatives, conducted major international partnering skills programs and developed our own suite of short course training programs. We have acted as independent partnership brokers and assisted partners from all sectors to build their capacity to partner and their ability to create, develop and sustain effective partnerships. At DIXON Partnering Solutions we believe in positive effective partnering that ‘builds bridges’ between the sectors and is based on the presence of mutual respect, mutual resolve and mutual responsibility.
