DJ Surveying undertake asbestos surveys throughout the North West, North Wales and Midlands. We carry out work for a wide range of clients, both large and small, including commercial, local government and residential. The primary services we offer are asbestos sampling & testing, asbestos management surveys and asbestos refurbishment/demolition surveys. Although we specialize in asbestos surveying and asbestos management, we also provide small scale asbestos removal services to residential clients, most notably asbestos garage removal, but also removal of other non-licensed asbestos materials such as Artex and asbestos vinyl floor tiles. As we carry out a large volume of asbestos surveys to residential and commercial properties for the purposes of sales and leases, we have recently added EPC (energy performance certificates) to the range of services we offer.
