Das DKMS Collection Center ist ein Entnahmezentrum, in denen die Stammzellspende stattfindet. Die Stammzellen der Spenderin oder des Spenders werden dort entweder ambulant (periphere Spende) oder mit einem kleinen operativen Eingriff (Knochenmarkentnahme) entnommen. Die Stammzellentnahme wird ausschließlich von hochspezialisierten und erfahrenen Ärzt:innen nach den höchsten Standards, die für pharmazeutische Unternehmen gelten und mit größter Sorgfalt durchgeführt.
