David Loechner, Founder and Principal Advisor, has held executive management, board positions and senior leadership roles throughout his career. He has deep operating experience, direct experience in the capital markets and extensive M&A experience. With over 36 years in the trade show and events industry, David is a proven subject matter expert, as well as a current industry advisor and trade show co-owner. Most recently he served as CEO and President of the largest B2B trade show, conference and event operator in the USA. As President of the company in 2013, he lead the sale process of Nielsen Expositions from the Nielsen Company and was appointed CEO. Leading the carve-out process and successfully standing it up as an independent company. At the helm of the organization he successfully completed and integrated over 16 acquisitions in 5 years, more than doubling the size of the company, he then successfully lead an IPO of the organization n 2017.
