DLS Events is a food and beverage company servicing a wide range of clients including concert venues, music festivals, intimate catered dinners, and large sit-down charity events. We are a company of highly experienced and trained professionals. Our business encompasses many facets and can assist our clients with all of their food and beverage needs. VENUES Our list of venues include the iconic Los Angeles venues, Wiltern Theater and Hollywood Palladium. Among others are The Ritz Raleigh, Riverside Municipal Auditorium and Fox Theater for the Performing Arts. We manage all aspects of the food and beverage programs. We own the liquor licenses, provide the staffing and create a partnership so that the venue operator can concentrate on their core business. Our state of the art POS systems provide real time access to all sales data with comprehensive reporting. Increasing per cap sales at each and every venue is our track record and is our commitment to our venue partners. FESTIVALS From Electric Daisy Carnival to Rock the Bells; LA Pride to Life is Beautiful; DLS is the seasoned festival food & beverage specialist, with extensive experience handling attendee counts exceeding DLS specializes in meeting challenging logistics beginning with detailed planning, license procurement, creation of the VIP, cabana and bottle services; along with general stores, campgrounds, etc. Our extensive festival experience and sophisticated POS and cashless RFID systems with complete post festival sales reporting is an important asset to festival operations. CATERING Charity galas, corporate events, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and crew catering – we do it all. The DLS catering team has decades of experience with incredible talent led by our Director of Catering and Executive Chef. We are a full event production and coordination company; ready to take on all aspects of an event. Our client list includes Warner Bros, Dick Clark Productions, Disney Animation, UCLA and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Our team has the experience to handle multiple venues, multiple festivals, and multiple events all at the same time. We bring many years of experience from our highly trained executive team.
