Dlv was established on the 1st october 1965 to provide the building and engineering industries with an integrated multidisciplinary professional service. the company steadily grew to what is today known as the dlv engineers in pretoria. emphasis is placed on designs that will result in the lowest life cycle costs while still complying with the client’s functional requirements. dlv engineers are therefore in a key position to provide our clients with cost-effective engineering solutions over the life-cycle of the infrastructure and to facilitate project and construction management during construction. dlv is a registered member of consulting engineers south africa (cesa) and underwrites their code of conduct
