DMCA Architects is a small architectural consultancy based in Worthing, West Sussex, focusing on urban regeneration, residential design, one-off houses and mixed-use developments, across London and the southeast of England. Projects are rigorously designed to exceed clients’ ambitions, be realised within their budget and deliver their priorities and those of the occupants. Within these constraints, there remains room to explore and experiment with the spatial, material and environmental qualities of the proposal. Dan McArthur, who formed DMCA Architects in 2016, has worked with a number of leading architectural practices. He has extensive experience in a diverse number of architectural sectors, with projects ranging from small one-off domestic refurbishments up to large scale urban master plans and prestigious cultural buildings. He offers extensive experience administering projects in close liaison with the client, contractors, community bodies, legislative authorities and fellow consultants and he has a proven track record for delivering projects and developing schemes from inception through to completion, working independently and within large and complex project teams.
