Doctors Information’ Telemedicine is a concept that focuses on any medical action concerning a factor of distance. In which the interaction between doctors and clinic involves telecommunication technique. Telemedicine projects in developing countries provide a chance for people living in rural areas to achieve better healthcare services. On the other hand, there a resource consisting of non-practicing lady doctors; as in Bangladesh majority of female students join the medical field during their studies but only a fraction of these students joins it as profession. So, the proposal of virtual clinic takes into account four things for the solution of above cited problem, firstly the deficiency in healthcare services in rural areas of Bangladesh, second the non-practicing lady doctors as resource to be utilized, thirdly the concept of telemedicine and fourth the cost-effective telecommunication network nationwide. A unique idea for healthcare provision in rural areas of Bangladesh is proposed, by utilizing the concept of telemedicine, virtual clinic and unutilized medical personals. Rest of the paper is organized as follows: Section 2 presents the basic model of the virtual clinic, components of the proposed system are given in Section 3, Section 4 is based on implementation of the proposed scheme and screen shots are presented while section 5 concludes the paper. II. PROPOSED SYSTEM MODEL Conceptual diagram of proposed system model is given in fig-1. The proposal consists of three sites, namely, 1.The Patient Side or Virtual Clinic, 2.Doctor Side 3.And the Central System. Patients will visit the virtual clinics that are located in the remote areas. A nursing staff at each virtual clinic will diagnose the patient by taking the vitals and other necessary information. This information is comprised of text, image and audio/video contents. All this information will be gathered on an android/iPhone-based tablet or smart phone and sent to central system via GPRS.
