We believe that it is not enough to have a dream and set the goals we believe that you need to document them.(If necessary we can help you with this too) It is not enough to have the Dream or the Vision, It needs to be languaged. Only when you can clearly language anything to someone else can you truly communicate your ideas, values and vision to others.Whether the 'others' are your staff, your customers, supplies, or the world in general. Documenting everything from your Vision to, Benchmarks and KPI's, to procedures and processes (I could go on for forever) supports your the business's outcomes. And no, you do not document everything and then put it in a draw and forget about them, these documents become living and breathing tools and support mechanisms for you and your business as well as your employees. They help you to deliver and replicate consistent results, which in turn builds your companies credibility with all your stakeholders (you know - your staff, your customers, supplies, or the world in general.)
