Westend ICT Plc (Documenta Oy's owner) and the shareholders of Innofactor Oy have December 3rd 2010, signed an agreement on the merger of the companies. As a result of the merger, Documenta Oy is now a part of Innofactor Plc. Documenta Oy is a major provider of a document centric process software applications for case management, quality assurance, archiving and customer relationship management purposes for public and private sector organisations. We deliver electronic solutions for improving document management and operative processes to companies, communities, state administration, associations, cultural sector and health care.
