I'm Dan King and I've been in the design/build industry for 35 years creating sign packages, branded interiors, furnishings, architectural specialties and brand identities. My projects and experience has ranged from boutique hotels, world-class casinos, theme parks and resorts, to international airports and corporate campuses around the globe. I help property owners and developers create visually interesting and cost effective sign programs that help build brands. I also help fabricators build their products by providing exceptional design documentation and production drawings and files. Project documentation can be time consuming and it is quite likely the single most important component of any project to maintain the original design intent. I want to save you time and insure your projects success by sharing my love of design documentation and my project and fabrication experience. I provide flat-fee proposals with defined scoping and delivery details. No change orders unless you ask for them. I work in 2D & 3D and provide everything from presentation renderings to design intent drawing packages.
