DOEdeal! aims to strengthen the relationship between parent and child by encouraging families to spend more quality time together. To achieve this DOEdeal! will be an app consisting of- A list of activities - Deals - Family planner The activity list will be curated based on the interests of the individual user, and by 'liking' activities, they will be matched with other users within the family. When there's a match, it can be proposed to the family, and if accepted by others, the activity can then be scheduled via the family planner. Additionally, there's the option to make deals with each other. In these deals, family members can make agreements together about: Price, travel distance, how often and more. This helps to have more structure in continuing to do the activities and makes it possible for kids to propose activities as their activities will also be filtered by the deals. DOEdeal! provides an innovative way to strengthen relationships within families, something that is necessary in this new digital age.
