After struggling to find reliable vendors who understood the unique demands of HOAs, Condos and apartment complexes, she created a solution that puts professionalism, consistency, and community needs first. We specialize in dog waste station management, removing bagged waste from your property and hauling it to the landfill at no extra cost to your association. Our goal is simple: keep your pet-friendly areas clean, stocked, and compliant. Core Services • Dog Waste Station Servicing We empty dog waste bins, restock bags, and haul waste off-site to a landfill, keeping pet areas clean and compliant. • Dog Waste Station Installation We install pet waste stations in high-traffic areas for easy, sanitary use. • Bag Restocking We ensure doggy bags are always available so residents are never left without supplies. Additional Community Services • Community Trash Disposal – Removal of bagged trash from common areas (excluding bulk items). • Trash Bin Replacement – We install new bins when damaged or missing. • Storm Preparation & Cleanup – We’re on-site before and after storms to secure and restore your community quickly. • Installation of Signage, Notice Boards & Outdoor Seating – Professionally installed to enhance community appeal and communication. • Minor HOA Tasks & Repairs Need an extra hand with light maintenance?
