Founded in October 2008, with its first restaurant Dolcelatte Café Gourmet Bakeshop, it started initially to cater C&E group of companies employee and clientele, but eventually grew into a full-service, casual dining restaurant. Dolcelatte' sole branch is located along Quezon Avenue, giving it proximity to residential areas, small commercial spaces as well as government agencies holding office around Quezon City. Its upscale ambience, coupled with its mid-priced food and beverage offerings has attracted mostly the high-end market (A, B, upper C). Today, its loyal patrons include various government employees and officials who dine out for lunch or conduct their meetings outside the office.
