Doldersum Vastgoed is a real estate advisor specialized in advice and executing on the purchase and sale process of commercial Real Estate in the Netherlands. We have a strong focus on industrial and logistics real estate, but also feel right at home in the office, retail and residential investment market. We work on behalf of various well known, national and international real estate funds as well as the larger (more regional) private investors. We are active in the Mid Cap part of the Dutch investment market, roughly between €3 and €30 million. Our purchase and sale advices, with understandable valuations, are carefully supported by up-to-date transaction data from our own database PropertyPro, enabling our clients to make well informed decisions.
